Monday, February 24th

9:00 am: Badge Pickup Begins
11:30 am: DJ Track Doors Open

Noon: Ben Stowe: Ben will be bringing his down-home charm and crazy tech knowledge to kick off our first Las Vegas event. Ben Stowe is the tech guy on our Tuesday Night With Ben Stowe show and will be presenting some DJ tech topics with his fun, unique style!

1:00 pm: Glenn Roush: Glenn will start our business sessions as he shares growth ideas from his own personal experience growing a highly success DJ business in his market!

2:00 pm: Dean Carlson: Dean knows weddings. Dean knows sales. Dean knows higher-end events. Dean knows selling services for higher-end weddings. Dean shares some real-world tips on selling your services in a bit different way to show value and move to being more than just music.

3:00 pm: Dave Ternier: Dave is 1/2 of the Dave and Jeremy Wednesday Night Wedding Chaton DJNTV! Dave will be bringing his unique look at weddings and creating exceptional experiences for your clients.

4:00 pm: Sara and Jeremy Brech: Jeremy is the other 1/2 of the Dave and Jeremy Wednesday Night Wedding Chat. In this seminar, Jeremy joins Sara Brech as they share some insight about working with your spouse in the business. They will include some tips for those looking to bring their significant other into the business.

5:00 pm: Mitch Taylor: Mitch Taylor is the sales guy! Mitch will be teaching how to use today’s preferred client communion tools to get the ball rolling in the right direction to get you on course to make that sale.

6:00 pm: Ross Akselrad: Ross runs a very successful DJ business and photo booth company. If you are thinking about adding a photo booth to your DJ company, Ross is the guy who will give you the tips on what it takes to make this company addition successful.

7:00 pm: DJ Michael Joseph: MJ will be doing a live Virtual DJ Q and A mixing session in this ‘after hours’ session to wrap up day one at the DJNTV DJ Convention.

2:00 pm: Jason Jones: Jason Jones is back in Las Vegas sharing about The Sales Conversation. This is a new way to connect and communicate value to your prospects to help build working relationships for stronger sales and better events.

3:00 pm: Johnathan Simmons: DJ Woo Pig will bring it! Johnathan is here to share tips you can use TOMORROW to grow your business for 2020!

4:00 pm: Nick Spinelli: Nick is going to bring you a new understanding of working with today’s younger couples. Nick will cover using social media in today’s world, how today’s younger couples use social media, and how you can position and prepare to be where your future clients are.

9:30 am: Jodi Harris: Jodi Harris from Las Vegas is the destination wedding Queen! She and her staff work with many out of town clients who are having a party or reception in Las Vegas. Jodi will share some tips and ideas on working with and planning events remotely when doing destination weddings.

10:00 am: Drew Wash: Social Media specialist Drew Wash will share some marketing tips you can use with your business to save $$ and yet make more sales!

1:00 pm: Stephanie Rivkin: Stephanie has been one of the most sought after karaoke (KJ) hosts in her market! Stephanie will be sharing ideas and proven methods to include karaoke with your DJ business in today’s world and make it a profitable part of your business.

2:00 pm: Mike Lenstra: Disc Jockey News writer and author Mike Lenstra will be sharing from his 25+ years of experience in the DJ industry and his success in creating a DJ company that is more in demand today with wedding bookings!

3:00 pm: Jason Klock: Jason Klock is a businessman and a great DJ. He has been a very successful part-time DJ as well as a full-time DJ. Jason will be wrapping up our day with tips to make you successful as either part-time or full-time… with some Q and A time at the end for you to ask those questions from an expert that has been there, done that!

The Master Class Schedule:
Master Classes are indepth sessions in a more workshop setting. The session includes a 90 minute presenation and a 30 minute Q and A time (or some combination of the two elements). Master Classes are an additional fee and available with your tickets at the link above.

How Much Will This Cost Me?

February is a great time to go to Las Vegas dollar-wise! Airfare from most anywhere in the US is under $400. Hotel room rates are reasonable. Even if you buy a full-price show pass, you could be attending the show for under $1000 total without meals. Want to save money? Buy your full show pass early, find a roommate to split the room cost and with a great deal on airfare, you might be able to keep the total 

What Is The Schedule?

The main event runs from February 24th (a Monday) at noon until Thursday at 2:00 pm. Show passes can be picked up Monday morning, and the first seminars start at noon on Monday. Educational content hours are Monday from noon until 8 pm, Tuesday from 9 am to 5 pm, Wednesday from 9 am to 4 pm. The exhibit hall hours are Tuesday at 5 pm for full pass holders, 6 pm for the exhibit hall only pass holders until 9:00 pm. Wednesday exhibit hours are from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Thursday is from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. You can see the speaking schedule at http://www.djntv.com/show

Will The Event Be Live Streamed?

Some small parts will be live-streamed by some of our DJNTV team during the event to give you a feel for what is happening in Las Vegas. The main seminar room will not be live-streamed.

How Much Are Show Passes?

Show passes go up each month. The best prices are the rates you get today! The full show pass rate at the door is $359.

How Do I Get To The South Point?

There is a free shuttle between Terminal 1 and the South Point Casino. The schedule is located here: https://southpointcasino.com/hotel/airport-shuttle

How Much Are Rooms?

Rooms in the PBX/DJNTV block are $69 a night with a reduced set of hotel fees. The rooms in the block are very nice, and the hotel is a nice mid-level hotel in Las Vegas.

Who Is Speaking?

Our speakers for 2020 are a combination of talent from our DJNTV shows and past guests on our DJNTV programs. You can see the full line up and schedule of speakers at http://www.djntv.com/show

What About Networking?

Networking and being part of the DJNTV family is a big part of why we are doing a live training experience! We will have a DJNTV Chill Room where you can go and hang out, meet DJNTV personalities, and talk shop before, during, and after the main seminar rooms! This room will be available to both full and exhibit only pass holders.

Why At The South Point?

South Point Casino is a very nice facility, with a variety of options important to convention attendees (food and entertainment right on-site). It is one of the best places to hold an event in Las Vegas to get the most bang for your buck! 

What Are The Master Classes?

The Master Classes and more in-depth workshops where you will have a two-hour block of training form experts in a specific area. These classes are at an additional charge, but you will get more in-depth training in these sessions and have some valuable Q and A time with the presenter during and after the session! What About The Sessions I Miss While In The Master Class?

If you are taking a Master Class and have a full show pass, you will get a link to the recordings from the main seminar room and access to the sessions you missed while in the Master Class. This is included in your Master Class ticket.

What Will The Exhibit Hall Only Pass Cover?

The pass will get you into the exhibit hall, and access to the DJNTV Chill room. It will not get you into educational seminars on the PBX or DJNTV side or into the evening PBX/DJNTV Parties.

I Bought A Photo Booth Expo Pass At The Show, How Can I See The DJNTV DJ Convention Track?

There will be a $100 upgrade fee option for those wanting to upgrade to the full DJNTV DJ Convention pass. That will be found at http://www.pbntv.com/tickets

Why Are There Two Different Pass Prices Between PBX and the DJNTV track?

The DJNTV ticket includes access to both the DJNTV track AND the PBX track (you can choose which side to go), and the PBX pass only included the PBX seminars.

When Do The Pass Prices Go Up?

The passes are at their current lowest price for the upcoming show. The ticket prices go up each month and will be higher as we get closer to the show.
